American rapper, Logic has just brought a mansion in California worth $3.57M. The 7,075 square foot space was purchased shortly after Logic filed for divorce at the top of this year. The musician was married to Jessica Andrea for a little over two years.

“After two years of marriage, we have come to the loving conclusion that we are much better as friends,” he wrote in the letter and asked that the public respect their privacy.

In his song Black Spiderman on his Logic’s third studio album – Everybody (2017) he proclaims his love for his wife, ‘I ain’t ashamed of my beautiful Mexican wife as a matter of fact’. Everybody was his first to debut at number one in the U.S on the billboard 200.

Logic dropped his latest mixtape in March (2018) (his sixth mixtape) – Bobby Tarantino II, a sequel to his 2016 mixtape. Bobby Tarantino II landed at number one on the Billboard 200 and sold 119,000 equivalent album units in it’s first week.

The luxurious pad, which is located in Hidden Hills, California, features six bedrooms and six baths. Additional features include a sizable backyard with a pool, hot tub, newly renovated kitchen, spacious patio, and mountain views.

Logic and his ex previously lived in a $1.9 million home in nearby Tarzana. The home was originally listed for $3.779 million, but Logic got the price down to $3.57 million, which doesn’t happen often in L.A.
