At the Waterside shopping centre in Lincoln, a fashion show has been held to raise money for St Barnabas Hospice. St Barnabas was established as a charitable trust in 1979. On the 18th of September, the Waterside will reopen its doors to ticket holders for a night of celebration.
The evening will see the retail stores have there new autumn range displayed. Hosted by BBC Radio Lincolnshire’s Carla Greene, the night involves fashion and entertainment for only £7.50 per ticket.
The models on the catwalk consist of the employees of the companies along with Lincolnshire’s top model Kayleigh Louise Mansfield (28). The night will also feature one lucky winner who will be chosen by the organisers to take part in the fashion show. The winner will get a chance to have their turn on the catwalk and get to take home the clothes they model.
Retailers: New Look, Next, Roman, Topshop Topman and Yours will take part in the fashion show along with Talking Heads. The staff will be styling the model’s hair as well as giving out tips for the audience throughout the night.
